The history of Buick is very old; Buick has been around since the first flight at Kitty Hawk. In 1903 the company was made and they decided to make it in Detroit Michigan. In 1904 the first cars were made and were models that had 15-27 horsepower. In 1907 the first four cylinder was introduced with 3 gears. This allowed more miles for less fuel. In 1908 Buick surpassed Ford and Cadillac as producer of the year. These first few years were very important in the development of Buick without them they would have fallen apart and never been as great as they are today.
Later in the 1920’s much more would open up for Buick, on its 20th birthday the company would sell its one-millionth vehicle. This was basically a marker that would set a precedent for the rest of the years that they wanted to keep so that they would be successful. 1936 would be the new year of Buick. They introduced an 8 cylinder car earlier and now its sales were hitting the roof. In 1942 war is all across the world and Buick helps by building around 2000 tanks for the war effort. 1953 was the 50th anniversary of Buick and a new car the Road master would be introduced at a base price of five-thousand dollars. This was great because they made that car available for a lot of people with that price.
After all of these achievements there really wasn’t a lot to do. They really thought about their cars and how they could improve them and that’s how they came about their present cars. Many of the newer models have mixes within them. For instance, the enclave is a hybrid and allows you to get a lot more gas mileage out of it. The wonderful thing about Buick is that they change their look but it still looks like a Buick. This is what everyone wants that same feel and experience and with their new cars they are giving it. That’s one of the reasons why this company is great, it has not changed much in the years that it has been around, the same company with a new and different look.
Buick has been centered around an older look to most of their cars so that they look a wiser decision. The cars they produce say that we may look this way but we are a dependable car. Basically these cars carry the ideas of the company in that they want you to depend on them so that you have someone looking over your back. They want you to come to them with all your car troubles and questions. They want you to rely on them so that they feel as if they did their job. They feel that in order to finish their job you need to be completely satisfied and that’s another reason why they’re so great.
The future of this car manufacturer looks as bright as a star. If I went out and needed to buy a car I would definitely take this company into consideration because they provide valuable services to every one of their customers. This company provides the cars that will fill your life in and need of a vehicle. The new vehicles that they are producing are wonderful in looks and performance, they allow you to live in the 21st century and still drive in comfort. The morals of the this company are great also and like I said earlier if I needed a car I would definitely look at this place first.
